Fabian Delph appears on Football Focus today in the wake of Paul Lambert's departure.
The full interview will be on BBC One at 12:10 today
"Obviously, it's a big, big thing that's happened.
"Obviously, I'm disappointed because I had a good relationship with him and I felt like I'd progressed throughout his time here but this is football and it happens and you've gotta keep looking forward and put this behind us and concentrate on the game at the weekend and the games coming up.
"There's no one to blame for the way we've been playing apart from the players.
"Us as a team, everyone takes part in it from the bottom to the top but once you cross that white line, three o'clock on a Saturday, it's down to the players and players showing commitment, showing desire to win games and we probably ain't done that as much as we should do.
"Relegation never crosses our minds. We're confident when we look left and right in the changing room, we're confident in each other, in our own abilities and I'm 100% certain that we'll cross the line and we'll get over the line."
