Ex-Barnet manager Mark Robson has joined Aston Villa as first-team coach.
The 45-year-old is the first recruit to new headmaster Tim Sherwood's backroom boys following his appointment as Paul Lambert's successor last week.
Robson, who had been coaching at Norwich City until January, worked alongside sunglass-wearing nutter Edgar Davids at Barnet in 2012.
The former Tottenham, West Ham and Charlton midfielder replaces Scott Marshall, who was binned off on Tuesday.
Seamus Brady also joins the club as performance analyst.
